Sweet and Sour Chicken




One pound chicken cutlets cut into bite size pieces

2 eggs flavored with salt, pepper and garlic.

flour for dipping

1 onion

1 clove garlic

1 cup water

3/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup ketchup


 -prepare 2 bowls. One with flour and one with the 2 eggs beaten and flavored.

-dip the cutlets into egg followed by flour.

-fry on both sides and place nuggets in a baking pan

 -In a medium sized saucepan, saute an onion, and one clove garlic. When soft add: one cup water, 3/4 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup ketchup simmer for several minutes until mixture begins to thicken pour over nuggets and bake for 10 minutes uncovered at 350. (optional sprinkle with black or white sesame seeds.)
